Clean Slate Solar is an independent developer and owner of solar and battery storage infrastructure. We manage site evaluation, permitting, interconnection, financing, and operations in-house, giving partners a single point of accountability and a streamlined path to execution. As a long-term owner, we design every project to perform for decades, not just to reach completion.
Solar Development
We lease rooftops, carports, and land to build, own, and operate community and commercial solar projects. Property owners earn steady lease income with no upfront cost, while we handle everything from permitting to long-term maintenance.
Battery Storage
We develop battery storage projects that store energy and deliver it during peak demand, making the grid more reliable and keeping costs down. For property owners, a storage project means a long-term lease on land that may otherwise sit idle.
Investment
We originate, structure, finance, and invest in distributed energy projects, working with property owners, capital partners, utilities, and other stakeholders to move opportunities from development through construction and operation.
